ABOUT THE ROLE ✍️ （关于这个职位）

We’re looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join our engineering team in Beijing.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a foundational understanding of infrastructure or DevOps who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a high-performance fintech platform.

You’ll work alongside experienced engineers to maintain our cloud infrastructure, improve monitoring systems, and contribute to the reliability and scalability of our trading platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES （主要职责）

• Support and help manage AWS and AliCloud infrastructure (compute, storage, networking).
• 协助管理 AWS 和阿里云的基础设施（计算、存储、网络）。
• Learn to administer and optimize Kubernetes (EKS) clusters for deployments and upgrades.
• 学习管理和优化 Kubernetes（EKS）集群，用于部署和升级。
• Assist in setting up and maintaining observability tools (Loki, Grafana, Tempo) and OpenTelemetry.
• 协助搭建和维护可观测性工具（Loki、Grafana、Tempo）及 OpenTelemetry。
• Participate in CI/CD processes using ArgoCD and Helm.
• 参与使用 ArgoCD 和 Helm 的持续集成与部署流程。
• Contribute to infrastructure-as-code initiatives using Terraform.
• 参与使用 Terraform 的基础设施即代码项目。
• Work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and improve reliability.
• 与高级工程师密切合作，排查问题并提升系统可靠性。
• Be proactive in learning new tools and best practices.
• 积极学习新工具和最佳实践。

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE （理想候选人）

• Basic experience with cloud platforms like AWS or AliCloud.
• 具备 AWS 或阿里云平台的基础经验。
• Familiarity with Linux systems and networking basics.
• 熟悉 Linux 系统和基础网络知识。
• Exposure to Kubernetes and CI/CD tools (e.g., ArgoCD, Helm) is a plus.
• 了解 Kubernetes 和 CI/CD 工具有加分项（如 ArgoCD、Helm）。
• Some scripting skills (e.g., Bash or Go) for automation is preferred.
• 具备一定的脚本编写能力（如 Bash 或 Go）更佳。
• Curious, quick to learn, and excited about infrastructure and DevOps.

• Strong team player with good communication skills in English.

REQUIREMENTS （职位要求）

• 1–2 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps, or related roles, or relevant academic/internship background.
• 1–2 年基础设施、DevOps 或相关领域的工作经验，或相关学术背景 / 实习经验。
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 计算机科学、工程或相关专业本科学历。
• Willing to work full-time on-site in Beijing.
• 愿意在北京全职办公。
