Job Title: Infrastructure DevOps Engineer (TS/SCI)
Job Description
We are seeking an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a proactive self-starter and can quickly integrate into our team to deliver results. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automated testing, and deployment processes.
Responsibilities
* Deploy and troubleshoot in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
* Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerization.
* Utilize automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
* Deploy software to Kubernetes using Helm charts.
* Work with Linux systems, Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools.
* Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines.
* Conduct automated tests and manage deployment pipelines.
* Communicate effectively across the organization and work well in a small, fast-paced team environment.
* Apply Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
Essential Skills
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
* Experience in DevOps and infrastructure management.
* Proficiency in deploying and troubleshooting in cloud environments (preferably AWS).
* Experience with Kubernetes clusters and containerization.
* Knowledge of automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
* Experience with Helm charts for software deployment to Kubernetes.
* Strong understanding of Linux systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
* Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology.
* Effective cross-organizational communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a small team and fast-paced environment.
Work Environment
When on-site, you will be working in our Aurora office with a casual dress code. The company offers a small company feel with opportunities for development, feedback, and professional growth. We support various sectors including DOD, Aerospace, AI/ML, and more. The team is expanding, aiming to add 75 new members across both offices this year.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $85.00/hr.
