Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Backend Engineer to develop and maintain scalable backend services while improving cloud infrastructure

Perform Database administration tasks such as database migration, instrumenting of telemetry, performance monitoring, cost monitoring and consolidation.

Drive several efficiency-related tasks including providing detailed telemetry / monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of cloud infrastructure.

Perform cloud infrastructure operational tasks, including managing Kubernetes clusters and performing improvements and regular maintenance.

Requirement:

Required Skills:

Overall Years of Experience: 5+ years

3 year's experience in Python

3-5 year's experience with Kubernetes

3-5 year's experience in Database administration: Postgres, RDS (eg Aurora)

Experience in efficiency-focused cloud infrastructure projects: monitoring, reporting, consolidation, and right-sizing

Operational Experience with cloud-based service infrastructure (DNS, loadbalancing, ingress, telemetry and logging)
