Overview:

This role involves assisting branches, team members, and vendors remotely, diagnosing issues, and ensuring prompt resolution to maintain optimal device performance. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration manager (MECM). ATM Services utilizes the Vynamic View System and the Postilion application for ATM monitoring and ServiceNow and Ubiqular for TCR monitoring as their primary tools to accomplish this task. The position requires technical skills as well as effective communication skills to be successful.The position is within the ATM-TCR Services Department, which operates from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., seven days a week including holidays.

This position would have a flex schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring reliable service.
  • Utilize SCCM/MECM for software deployment, updates, and patch
  • management across the ATM fleet.
  • Monitor ATM-TCR performance and generate reports on uptime, usage, and issues for management review.
  • Communicates with Network Control Center, vendors and customers as required by the specific problem.
  • Ensure turnover report on activity is complete, referencing daily events and
  • nightly changes.
  • Provide assistance to others during a high severity situation as required to support their timely resolution.
  • Utilize SCCM/MECM for remote deployment updates, and patch management on ATM and TCR devices.
  • Provide remote technical assistance to resolve ATM and TCR hardware and software issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document and track all incidents and support request in the Vynamic View
  • monitoring system and Jira, ensuring timely resolution and follow up.
  • Work closely with field technician, internal teams, and vendors to coordinate remote support efforts and escalate issues, as necessary.
  • Monitor system performance remotely, generating reports on device health, usage, and incident trends for management.
  • Communicate with shift lead on all activities to ensure awareness of pertinent issues.
  • Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
  • Identify risk-related issues needing escalation to management.
  • Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
  • Maintain M&T internal control standards, including timely implementation of internal and external audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ higher education and/or work experience
  • Prior experience reading and digesting technical information
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience communicating technical problems to management
  • Strong customer focus, including ability to manage customer needs and
  • multiple work priorities

Education and Experience Preferred:

  • A+, Network + or Security + experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ network administrator experience
  • Call Center Experience
  • ATM Settlement Experience
  • Project Experience
  • Procedure Development Experience
  • Experience with Postilion or Vyanmic View
