MISSION: A motivated professional with intermediate experience in network environments aiming to provide 2nd line support in critical environments, collaborate in incident resolution, and participate in the implementation and maintenance of security and network optimization solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide 2nd line technical support in network environments (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity, performance, and security issues.
• Administer and monitor Check Point security solutions (e.g., firewalls, VPNs).
• Manage and configure F5 appliances (BIG-IP, LTM, ASM, etc.).
• Participate in the analysis and implementation of network infrastructure improvements.
• Document technical procedures, incidents, and relevant configurations.
• Collaborate with other internal teams and vendors to resolve complex issues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Solid knowledge of IP networks, as well as practical experience in administering and troubleshooting Check Point and F5 solutions.
• Academic background in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience with Check Point firewalls and minimum certifications such as CCST and/or CCNA, F5-CTS, and CCSA.
• Professional experience in similar roles (minimum 2-3 years).
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks, switching, routing, NAT, VPN, etc.
• Knowledge of F5 Networks solutions, especially BIG-IP, LTM, and iRules.
• Troubleshooting skills with tools like Wireshark, tcpdump, etc.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, shell script, ...) and experience in task automation.
• Ability to work under pressure and in critical environments.
• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks, namely ITIL.
• Availability to work irregular hours/on-call.
• Good synthesis, communication, and writing skills.

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant certifications: CCSA/CCSE (Check Point), F5 Certified BIG-IP Administrator, and/or certifications in Enterprise Wireless, DevNet Associate (automation), Data Center ACI Implementation, F5-CA, F5-APM, F5-CCP, CCSE, CCSM, CCCS, CCES.
• Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python, etc.) for task automation.
• Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds).
