Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing our IT operations and ensuring seamless service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of AI Ops solutions to enhance IT operations efficiency.
• Oversee the integration and management of ServiceNow ITOM within the existing infrastructure.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices for AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM to the IT team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve IT operational issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation for AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM processes and procedures.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to ensure optimal functionality.
• Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure compliance with IT policies and standards.
• Train and mentor junior team members on AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM technologies.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests related to AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM.
• Participate in the design and implementation of disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
• Analyze data and generate reports to provide insights into IT operations performance.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI Ops and ServiceNow ITOM technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

• Possess a strong background in AI Ops with hands-on experience in implementing and managing solutions.
• Have extensive experience with ServiceNow ITOM including integration and optimization.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
• Have a solid understanding of IT policies standards and compliance requirements.
• Display the ability to train and mentor junior team members effectively.
• Be adept at analyzing data and generating insightful reports.
