What You’ll Be Doing:

✅ Working closely with clients to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.

✅ Installing and maintaining IT systems, including PCs, networking setups, and mobile devices.

✅ Responding to and escalating support requests to ensure timely resolution.

✅ Building strong client relationships and identifying opportunities to enhance services.

✅ Collaborating with help desks and support centers to ensure seamless IT operations.

✅ Assisting in the development of repair and testing processes.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years of experience as a Field Service Representative or similar role.

✔️ Hands-on experience managing and maintaining technical equipment.

✔️ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills – you love a good challenge!

✔️ A team player with great time-management abilities.

✔️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – you enjoy helping people.

✔️ Comfortable using mobile tools and applications to streamline workflows.
