IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

Join a world-class team that is providing innovative technology solutions for our global customers. The position of IT Support Technician supports employees primarily in our Peabody MA location, while working with and reporting to our central facility in North Sutton NH.

• Key Responsibilities: Support internal staff and provide solutions to their problems while working within defined SLAs
• Configure, Deploy and Troubleshoot hardware, software and network devices
• Work with other members of the IT team to ensure the security and resiliency of the corporate network
• Both follow and create documentation of processes and solutions to issues
• Assist with the training and onboarding of new staff

Requirements:

• Our ideal candidate brings a wealth of experience and should possess the following: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field
• 2-4 years of experience in a customer support role
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience similar to A+, MSCA or CompTIA
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
• Ability to work with and around ITAR resources
