Summary

Our client is looking for a IT Support Technician who will be responsible for resolving technical issues, implementing infrastructure upgrades, and supporting end-users in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This is an onsite position based in Westchester County, NY.


IT Support Technician's Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide Tier 1 and 2 technical support to internal teams and clients.
  • Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows servers, Office 365, Active Directory, and network infrastructure.
  • Participate in project planning and execution including workstation deployments, server migrations, and system rollouts.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding processes and IT documentation.


IT Support Technician's Qualifications and Skills

  • At least 5 years of IT support or engineering experience (MSP experience a plus).
  • Proficiency with Windows Server (on-prem and Azure), Office 365, and Active Directory.
  • Experience with network troubleshooting, VOIP systems, and workstation builds.
  • Strong communication and time-management skills.
