Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Support Engineer located in New Delhi. The Information Technology Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, managing system administration tasks, and offering help desk support. The role involves addressing technical queries, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth IT operations.

Qualifications

• Technical Support, Help Desk Support skills
• Terraform / Scripting (Bash, Python, etc.)
• Information Technology, System Administration skills
• Troubleshooting skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant certifications or a degree in Information Technology or related field
• Supporting CI/CD pipelines and system reliability
• Monitoring/observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus, ELK)
• AWS Basics.
