Our client in the education sector is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a 6-week contract to assist with day-to-day technical support tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic computer troubleshooting and support
• Replace and swap out hardware as needed
• Manage and resolve tasks using the internal ticketing system
• Follow direction and guidance from the broader support team when addressing technical issues
• Work independently where necessary to complete assigned tasks
• Communicate clearly and effectively with end users, using plain language to explain technical issues and solutions
• Provide advice on technical methods and best practices
• Demonstrate initiative in meeting objectives and progressing work

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Microsoft Intune is a plus, but not essential
