Senitor Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a leading logistics business in their search for a hands-on IT Support professional. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical know-how and a proactive mindset to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations and user support across multiple sites. You’ll work closely with the Head of IT to keep systems running smoothly while also contributing to automation and improvement projects.

What you will do:

• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and connectivity issues
• Set up new users, manage devices/licenses, and handle onboarding/offboarding
• Support Android rugged devices used on-site
• Maintain IT assets, printers, and endpoints across multiple locations
• Work with vendors and service providers as needed
• Ensure devices are secure and up to date (patching, antivirus, backups)
• Monitor alerts and respond to system issues (firewall, endpoint security)
• Support networking, Windows 10/11 environments, and wireless infrastructure
• Maintain and improve internal IT documentation
• Automate repetitive tasks using Power Automate / Power Apps
• Support internal IT projects (upgrades, migrations, integrations)
• Help drive process improvements and tech solutions for business needs

What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience in IT support or systems admin roles
• Strong with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory / Azure AD and networking (IP, DHCP, DNS)
• Experience with Android devices (rugged or mobile-managed)
• Power Automate / Power Apps experience is a big plus
• Independent, organised, and great at problem-solving
• Confident supporting users across technical levels
• Full clean drivers licence essential
