Business Analyst—Antwerp– 6 Months+Freelance Mission—Dutch Speaking—HR Services

For a leading client in the HR Services Industry, I am looking for a Freelance Business Analyst to join on an initial 6-month mission. The client is looking for an experienced consultant with excellent process skills and a prior experience of the industry to improve their success within a transformation project.

Key Responsibilities

• Process documentation
• Aiding the transformation by navigating the processes from AS-IS to TO-BE.
• Being the focal point and guiding the business on the benefits of the transformation.
• Project management skills to—taking ownership of the analysis and leading the transformation.
• Adapting business processes to fit the targeted application.
• Linking the business and the IT.

Key Requirements

• 6+ years of experience
• Dutch speaking
• Understanding of Project Management skills—time/quality/scope
• Prior experience within HR.

Logistics

• Initial 6 Month Mission
• 3 days per week onsite near Antwerp, the rest can be done remotely. It may be a little more onsite within the first few weeks to ensure a swift onboarding.
