Summary:

CONNECTB2B LTD is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer to join our team in Netherlands . As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring seamless desktop operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with desktop hardware setup and installation.
• Support the installation of computer software and operating system updates.
• Utilize ServiceNow (SNOW) ticketing tool to manage client requests.
• Maintain accurate records of asset management.
• Provide event support for major town halls.

Requirements:

• 2 plus years of experience in desktop support.
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Valid work permit for Netherlands.

• Strong understanding of IT service management principles.
• Experience with ServiceNow operations and SSCM.
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
