IT Specialist (with Procurement Responsibilities)

What You’ll Do

• Install and support computers, software, and equipment
• Set up accounts, manage access, and handle day-to-day IT tickets
• Run system updates, patches, and security protocols
• Order IT and medical equipment, track deliveries, and manage supply levels
• Evaluate vendors and help negotiate pricing
• Coordinate with clinical, admin, and ops teams on supply needs
• Keep clear and accurate documentation for everything you manage

What You Bring

• 3+ years of IT support experience
• Familiar with enterprise software and tools
• Detail-focused and organized—you keep systems running and supplies stocked
• Comfortable stepping into procurement or already have experience with it
• Healthcare industry background is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred
