Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead and manage client engagements in the Insurance and IT Services domain. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and drive successful outcomes for strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for service delivery.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT services and solutions within scope, time, and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery aligns with client goals and expectations.
• Drive project governance, risk management, reporting, and resolution of issues.
• Promote continuous improvement in delivery practices and customer engagement.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and value-driven results.

Required Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in IT service delivery, with strong exposure to the insurance domain.
• Must have prior experience working with a service-based IT company.
• Proven track record of managing complex client engagements and cross-functional delivery teams.
• Deep understanding of project management frameworks and IT service operations.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Des Moines, IA.
