Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate needs have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities, managing accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead Generation/Business Development: Identify potential clients through various methods (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Sales Presentations: Present and demonstrate our solutions & services to prospective clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with clients to close deals effectively.
  • Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products/services offered and industry trends.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales progress in the Salesforce system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, customer service, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in IT Industry - Minimum 5 -7 years experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - English & Arabic (must).
  • Qualifications - Preferred IT Engineering degree with Masters in Marketing & Sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.


Preferred Skills:


  • Experience in IT sales and Business Development.
  • Familiarity with IT fraternity in Qatar.
  • Experience in handling objections and resolving customer concerns.
