We're Hiring: Cybersecurity Control Design and Oversight Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Control Owners and 2LoD to design cybersecurity controls per industry standards (e.g., NIST 800-53).
• Define and manage Key Control Indicators (KCIs), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), and KPIs in line with the KCI Design Framework.
• Ensure cybersecurity controls align with legal, regulatory, and business requirements.
• Translate complex IT/security concepts into clear, business-friendly language.
• Contribute to management reports with actionable insights from control metrics.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in Cybersecurity Risk & Control Management.
• Knowledge of Inherent vs. Residual Risk, control design, and implementation.
• Familiarity with NIST CSF, NIST 800-53, and Security GRC assessments.
• Technical IT background – generalist or specialist welcome.
• Strong skills in MS Office, MS Teams, and excellent written English.
• Experience with international stakeholders, including Cybersecurity leadership, 2LoD, and Risk teams.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and interpersonal skills.
