A leading investment management firm is currently hiring for a skilled IT Risk & Controls Manager to be based in their Munich office. Reporting directly to the COO, you can expect strong autonomy and broad exposure in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure alignment with DORA and other relevant German and European regulations
• Stay up to date with evolving regulatory requirements
• Oversee assurance and audit responsibilities
• Review and evaluate existing IT controls effectively

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have over 2 years of IT Controls experience within Financial Services
• Demonstrate knowledge of European regulations, particularly exposure to DORA
• Be fluent in both English and German (essential)
