Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of IT hiring required.
• Experience working on volume hiring.
• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and IT Recruitment skills
• Hiring and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in recruiting for IT positions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of technology and software development processes
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
