Job Summary –

We are looking for IT PM with 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and project execution.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
• Oversee the budget and ensure projects are delivered within financial parameters.
• Coordinate training and support for end-user’s post-implementation.

Years of experience needed –

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.

Technical Skills:

• Working experience on Smartsheet’s is a plus
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management or similar roles.
• Proven experience with project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead, inspire, and motivate cross-functional teams effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Location will be Tijuana, Mexico.

Certifications Needed:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
