IT Project Manager - Retail Systems - Contract - Poznan

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for retail and a knack for seamless system integrations? We're looking for a dynamic individual to lead our exciting retail technology initiatives from conception to successful deployment.

What you'll do:

As a Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in defining and delivering critical retail system projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables in close collaboration with stakeholders.
• Managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through to closure.
• Coordinating cross-functional teams, including IT, retail operations, and external vendors.
• Ensuring the seamless integration of vital retail systems such as POS, ERP, and eCommerce platforms.
• Proactively monitoring and managing project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Providing clear and concise status updates to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Overseeing user training and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.

• A strong understanding of retail processes and systems.
• Proven experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Experience with SaaS projects is a plus.
