Direct Responsibilities

• Overall IT BA/PM for the program.
• IT Delivery leader for the program - Working with Operations, Finance and Technology stakeholders for the target architecture implementation
• Prepare, maintain and manage project plan, delivery coordination and governance
• Perform end-to-end tests, plan and coordinate UAT, change management and go live support.
• Functional expert on the domain performing study/ analysis on multiple application output and integration feasibility
• Coordinating with other IT teams, front office, operations and finance stakeholders to ensure onboarding, capacity planning and securing the deliveries
• Stakeholder management, running program governances, Steering committees, regular operational and working committees

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

• Ability to understand transversal architecture in a Capital Markets context
• Basic technical analysis skills on systems interfacing, identify gaps and propose resolutions
• Knowledge on Trade life cycle
• Ability to work with stakeholders across geographies
• Previous experience in working in Matrix organizations

Specific Qualifications (if required)

• Strong functional PM with Global Markets experience – Exposure to Transformation Systems implementation would be a key criteria
• Transversal front to back project implementation experience – Exposure of referential, trade booking, settlement, Reporting, Regulatory reporting, accounting, group reporting chains
• Minimum 8 Years of Business Analysis Experience and exposure to Project management and end to end delivery
• PM experience with CXO level stakeholders as sponsors.
