Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and managing medium to large/complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, communicates with stakeholders, and uses project management expertise to drive successful outcomes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage medium to large/complex projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Oversee the day-to-day execution of project tasks, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Monitor project progress and address any deviations from the plan.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams.
• Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and monitor team members' progress.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Act as the primary point of contact for project-related communication.
• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of project objectives with stakeholder expectations.

Resource Management:

• Allocate resources effectively to support project tasks.
• Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
• Collaborate with resource managers to address resource constraints.

Risk Management:

• Identify, assess, and manage project risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
• Proactively communicate risks to stakeholders and recommend solutions.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce project management best practices.
• Address deviations from project standards and implement corrective actions.

Continuous Improvement:

• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement changes and improvements to enhance project management processes.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project management team.

Job Specifications

1. Bachelor's/College Degree (any field, however, Computer Science or IT related degree is preferred). Project Management certification is a plus.
2. With 5 to 10 years' work experience in project management, demonstrating successful project delivery.
3. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
4. Proficient in project management software and tools.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
6. Key competencies: leadership, communication, team management, budget management, risk management, problem solving and problem management.
