IT Project Manager – PMO Establishment | Long-Term Contract | Onsite

We’re seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise-wide technology initiatives and help shape our Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up. This full-time, onsite role is a long-term contract opportunity ideal for a dynamic professional who excels at managing complex IT programs, aligning stakeholders, and delivering results across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive full project lifecycles for large-scale IT initiatives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver technology solutions
• Oversee project budgets, procurement, and scheduling
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, reporting, and change management
• Apply Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies as needed
• Serve as PMO advocate, helping define and improve project governance

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience establishing or maturing a PMO
• Proven success managing high-impact IT projects
• Strong grasp of vendor selection, procurement, and implementation
• Skilled in tools like Microsoft Project, PPM Pro, or similar
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (IT, Business, etc.)

Certification Requirement:

• Must hold a PMP certification or be willing to obtain it within 12 months of starting
