Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and completion. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating tasks, resources, and timelines, ensuring that all project activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist project managers in the planning and execution of projects.
• Coordinate schedules, resources, equipment, and information.
• Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
• Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• Organize meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
• Track project deliverables and timelines to ensure timely completion.
• Support budget tracking and expense reporting as needed.
• Maintain project databases, ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors/clients as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
• Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
