Major Luxury and Fashion group is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join their Global Store Apps Rollout team. You will be working in a team to deliver tech solutions across SEA and Oceania region.

You will be in charge of ensuring a smooth store project delivery and ensuring effective rollout of store solutions (e.g point of sale, JDA/SAP integration, StoreBO, StoreDB ).

The ideal candidate will have good communication skills to liaise and coordinate between the group's Application Support and Project Management team, have prior functional understanding of in-store sales products, and is knowledgeable on main processes used in retail area.

This role will sit under the Project management team, therefore the candidate will not be involved in creating IT solutions for store applications

YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Weekly meetings with Store Project Managers across SEA to gather updates on new store projects
• Ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate with application teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues during store project implementation
• Contribute to the process & tool design of in-store solutions/services delivery
• Coordinate the preparation of the applications in-time for the Store Projects delivery
• Taking care of equipment shipping to store, preparing applications in-time for delivery, and coordinating with stakeholders.

YOUR KEY REQUIREMENTS

• The candidate should have at least 2-3 three years relevant experience in global IT solutions for retails stores (ideally fashion or luxury segment)
• Knowledgeable on main processes used in retail area
• Previous experience in team management is ideal
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Ability to travel world-wide
• High school diploma or BS degree in Informatics
