Apply Description ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking an Information Technology Program Manager to provide program support to a technical division within a federal agency. This high-impact role will oversee all financial, technical, administrative, contractual, and personnel aspects of the program, serving as the primary interface with federal agency executives. Responsibilities: The Information Technology Program Manager will serve as the overall program manager of this contract. The successful candidate will determine project scope, timeframe, available resources, and overall business objectives and coordinates personnel to ensure completion of project priorities according to defined completion timelines. * Develop and Manage Programs * Plan Budgets and Timelines * Define Project Scope * Lead and Coordinate Teams * Ensure Alignment with Business Strategies * Manage Risks Requirements Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or ten (10) + Years experience in MHS or large federal health system * Project Management Professional (PMP) certification * Familiarity with advanced statistical concepts and modeling, and/or quantitative analysis courses * Fifteen (15) + or more years' cost analysis experience * Familiarity with Defense Department Data Sources * Four (4) + years' experience teaching, writing and evaluating curriculum * Four (4) + years' experience developing and deploying clinical performance metrics * Proficiency with basic Structured Query Language (SQL) for data manipulation and/or SAS Institute's statistical analysis software package * PowerBI knowledge * Two (2) + years' experience in software management and data retrieval * Secret Clearance * US Citizenship required Preferred (not required) * Lean Six Sigma training certification ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
