Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Product Manager with expertise in SaaS-based financial process solutions and travel technology. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in Accounts Payable (AP) Automation, cloud-based applications, and digital financial solutions. This role involves leading product strategy, development, and execution to align with business goals, enhance customer experience, and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Define and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for AP Automation and cloud-based financial solutions.

·      Collaborate with developers, designers, and business teams to align product development with market needs.

·      Analyze industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.

·      Oversee the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

·      Act as a bridge between IT, Finance, Operations, and Business teams to ensure seamless product implementation.

·      Balance business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility when making product decisions.

·      Navigate the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) efficiently, mitigating risks proactively.

·      Ensure compliance with financial regulations, data protection standards, and security best practices.

·      Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback assessments to drive product decisions.

·      Serve as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

·      Prepare and deliver compelling product demos, reports, and updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• 12–15 years of relevant experience in Product Management, IT, or SaaS-based Financial Process Solutions.
• Strong knowledge of financial process automation, compliance requirements, and regulatory standards.
• Expertise in API integrations, payment gateways, and digital transactions.
• Proven ability to work in agile environments and lead cross-functional teams.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Deep understanding of Accounts Payable (AP) Automation, ERP integrations, and cloud-based applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

·       Experience in travel and expense management software.

·       Familiarity with AI/ML-driven financial automation.

·       Knowledge of blockchain or digital payment innovations.
