IT Operations Senior Specialist
Dallas, TX - 100% Onsite from day one.
Duration: 8 to 10 Months
Here are the details:
• Role: Part-time (2-3 times a week, onsite at our Dallas office) – Approximately 15 to 20 Hours a week.
• Experience: 5+ should work well as well
• ITIL certification is a must. We can also consider someone who has extensive experience with ITIL and doesn’t have a certification.
IT Operations Senior Specialist plays a critical role in the effective delivery of end-user IT services at Bristlecone. This role will be responsible for managing IT operations and service delivery for End-User Computing services to the business users based in USA, Canada and Europe regions. This role serves as a single and first point of contact for all the Bristlecone users during the US working hours and also requires a close collaboration with internal stakeholders, leadership and technology partners/vendors to deliver the end-user IT services based on agreed service levels and business requirements.
Required Skills:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations and End-User Computing.
• ITIL Foundation certification is a must.
• Strong communication skills at senior management internally and externally.
• Should have experience in ITSM tools – ManageEngine ServiceDesk, Freshservice, ServiceNow or similar tools.
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present to key stakeholders at all levels of an organization including executive leadership.
• Enterprise IT operations, end-user and application support experience preferred.
• Experience in setting up and managing ITSM function.
• Should have experience working with internal customers and delivering the end-user computing services based on ITIL framework.
• Experience in creation of SOP, CMDB, Knowledge Management and improvise the ITIL processes.
