We are recruiting on behalf of a global leader in Music Distribution, which is searching for an IT Operations Manager to join their global HQ based in Rotterdam.

They are looking for someone who steers their IT strategy as well as being involved hands-on in their IT transformation.

Reporting directly to their CIO, you will be leading a small team whom you will coach & manage. Whilst being responsible for their entire infrastructure, such as their server, networks, cloud technologies & virtualisation (Microsoft stack). You will lead the adoption of new cloud-based solutions and improve incident management processes & security compliances.

The business will rely on you for strategic advice & development of its IT function, where you will be leading & coordinating business-critical projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum HBO level in a relevant field (Informatics, IT Management, etc.).
• At least 3 years of experience in leading and hands-on supporting an IT team.
• In-depth knowledge of networks, server management, cloud technologies, and security. Ideally strong experience with a Microsoft Stack (Azure and related technologies)
• Flexibility and stress resistance to fulfil various tasks.
• Proficiency in ITIL, Agile, or other relevant work methods.
• Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Experience working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
