Beyond The Vines is a multidisciplinary design studio based in Singapore, with a physical and online retail presence in Singapore and the region. We're looking for a motivated and resourceful IT intern interested in pursuing a career in IT support and gaining practical knowledge in a professional work environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Assist in the setup and configuration of devices and accounts for new crew members/users.
• Monitor and maintain the inventory of all hardware and software systems and infrastructure.
• Provide technical support across the company, assisting with troubleshooting of all IT-related issues.
• Research software and equipment vendors to identify the best solutions for our business.
• Train end users on hardware functionality and software programs.
• Ensure documentation of all internal IT procedures, including operational and configuration processes.
• Perform all other IT-related administrative tasks as required.

Requirements include:

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for a preferred duration of 3 months.
• Demonstrates proactiveness and a willingness to learn.
