Job Title: Manager – IT Infrastructure & Operations

Reporting Manager: Deputy General Manager - IT & Systems

Location: Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manager IT to lead and manage IT infrastructure operations, support services, and vendor coordination.
• Strong technical background along with capabilities to manage IT systems and teams effectively.
• Administration of O365 (user/license management, mail flow, security, compliance)
• IT Asset Management (inventory tracking, MIS reporting, lifecycle management)
• ManageEngine operations (incident management, version updates, monitoring, backup)
• IT procurement, vendor coordination, PO creation, and asset insurance
• Endpoint backup administration (Atempo knowledge preferable)
• FMS team management, technical/process training, and performance review
• AV & video conferencing support (Zoom, Teams, Polycom G7500)
• Coordination with department heads and HR for IT-related requirements
• Should have experience to support Gold and Platinum internal customers.
• SMS/DLT template registration, vendor coordination, and report monitoring
• Active Directory management (user provisioning, OU/group policy, file share)
• Domain and email management, renewal coordination

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years
• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, (B.Tech / BCS / MCS )
• Microsoft Certified (MCSA/MCSE or Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator)
• ITIL Foundation Certified (mandatory)

• Skillsets:
• Experience with ManageEngine suite, AD, O365, and endpoint backup solutions
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
