Position: IT Manager – Hands-On Leadership Role

They are looking for an IT Manager who shares commitment to these values and is passionate about using their Technical and Leadership skills to support and lead a small, tight-knit tech team.

About the Role:

Ready to step up into a leadership role while staying hands-on with the tech? As IT Manager, you’ll lead a small team of 3-4 tech professionals, overseeing IT infrastructure, network reliability, security, and more. You’ll be directly involved in key IT projects and provide essential support while guiding your team.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage a small team (3-4 people), setting priorities and ensuring excellent IT support.
• Oversee performance, reliability, and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Stay hands-on with tech—troubleshooting and managing projects yourself.
• Drive IT strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Manage IT budgets and resources to optimize cost-effectiveness.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Tech Team Leader or in a similar hands-on IT leadership role.
• Strong technical skills in IT infrastructure, security, and support.
• Ability to lead a small team while keeping a hands-on approach with tech.
• A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and driving innovation.
• Exceptional Stakholder Management skills & Communiation skills
• Pastoral references will be required as part of the recruitment process to ensure alignment with the organization’s Christian values.
