Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Engineer, located in Ahmedabad. The IT Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, ensuring network security, and managing networking tasks. The role involves working closely with various teams to maintain and enhance IT infrastructure and ensuring smooth and secure IT operations.

Qualifications

• Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• Skilled in Microsoft 365 Products related to Infrastructure
• Proficient in Information Technology and Networking
• Experience with Network Security
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco) are a plus
• Experience in a similar role is advantageous
