Summary

  • University degree combined with 9 years of IT relevant experience ;
  • Experience with IT Communications Management;
  • Good knowledge of Confluence wikis and its content administration;
  • Ability to understand the IT technical background of the content material;
  • Experience with IT Technical writing and documentation;
  • Experience with Communications Management: newsletters, emails, social media, press releases etc;
  • Experience with creating representations;
  • Proven conceptual understanding of content structuring, storage, access and presentation elements;
  • Awareness of software development and service methodologies (e.g., Agile, ITIL);
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
