Information Technology Business System Manager

Ready to be the tech hero of a thriving managed care and healthcare admin company? As our IT and Business Systems Manager, you'll be the go-to IT whiz, partnering with our managed IT vendor and other system vendors to keep our tech running smoothly and securely.

You'll be the mastermind behind our electronic data interchanges (EDIs), working with clients and vendors to implement, document, monitor, and troubleshoot. Plus, you'll advise our leadership on all things IT, strategize and manage IT projects, and tackle any tech issues that pop up.

You'll also keep our documentation in check, run regular reports, and manage a small stash of computer hardware for our remote team. And, you'll team up with Legal, Risk Management, HR, and Operations to boost disaster recovery, business continuity, security, and incident response.

Schedule:

• M-F, 8 hours per day during business hours.
• Remote with in-office work 2-4 times per month

Requirements:

• High school diploma
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Security+)
• 3+ years of EDI experience
• 5+ years in IT-related roles
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work remotely and in the Irvine, CA office
• Lift and transport up to 50 pounds
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated and collaborative
