Job Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a technical consultant who will be trained to specialize in the monday.com platform and low code/no code technologies (such as Make.com). The successful applicant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, designing and implementing technology solutions to support business goals and develop software integrations and automations.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Engaging with clients to comprehensively understand their workflow needs and requirements.
• Design, develop and support solutions using low code/no code technologies such as Make and monday.com including any integrations between systems.
• Identify errors and devise solutions during software integration.
• Providing comprehensive client trainings on the usage, features, and functionalities of the monday.com platform.
• Stay up to date with technology trends and applications and with enhancements and new features introduced to the monday.com platform.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills in the English language
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills with strong attention to detail
• Project Management and/or Business Consulting experience
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Ability to aid cross-functional teams and stakeholders in delivering results
• Client-facing, strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves:

• Experience in Python & REST API framework
• Experience with monday.com or inferior platform
• Experience in process digitalization, workflow optimization, or automation
• Experience with low-code/no-code platforms or technologies
