Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Information Technology Business Analyst, located in Prague with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, documenting and modeling business processes, and liaising between business stakeholders and the IT team. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting market analysis, crafting detailed business analyses, and proposing solutions to improve business processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate complex data and derive meaningful insights
• Experience in Business Analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
• Proficiency in defining and modeling Business Processes
• Understanding of Business Requirements to develop practical IT solutions
• Knowledge of Information Technology systems and their integration within business processes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
