About the Role:

As a Business Analyst, you will be instrumental in driving the successful delivery of key initiatives. You'll leverage your analytical skills and domain knowledge to understand intricate onboarding processes, elicit and define business needs, and translate them into clear and actionable requirements. You will collaborate closely with business SMEs, various stakeholders, and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle.

What You'll Do:

• Develop a deep understanding of onboarding workflows for our complex, institutional clients.
• Lead the delivery of global projects, including cross-system integrations, workflow improvements, UI/UX changes, data models, and reporting solutions.
• Work collaboratively with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and diverse stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, transforming them into clear and concise specifications.
• Present business requirements, proposed solutions, and acceptance criteria to Client Managers and the Product Owner for review and approval.
• Provide ongoing support to the development team by clarifying requirements and resolving queries during development phases.
• Partner with IT teams to refine solution designs and user stories, effectively communicating technical details back to business stakeholders at all levels in a clear and understandable manner.
• Conduct thorough testing of delivered IT components and collaborate with the development team to address any identified defects.
• Prepare materials for senior stakeholder forums and present project updates as needed.
• Contribute to the development of training content to ensure user readiness for new implementations.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and grasp complex concepts across a broad spectrum.
• Hands-on experience working within domains related to Client Onboarding, KYC (Know Your Customer), Regulatory Requirements, and Financial Products.
• Proven experience in requirement engineering for sophisticated projects.
• Technical aptitude with knowledge of APIs, system integration, and SQL.
• Full lifecycle Business Analysis experience, from requirements definition through to successful implementation within a business-facing IT environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both business users and IT development teams at all seniority levels.
• Ability to proactively escalate risks, issues, and dependencies to relevant Stakeholders and Project Management.
• A strong delivery-oriented approach with a focus on achieving results for both individual tasks and project goals.
• Familiarity with tools such as Confluence, JIRA, SQL, BPMN, or UML.
