IT Applications Support Specialist:

LTIMindtree’s Digital services for the Insurance industry consists of a suite of solutions and applications that closely align with the business processes like insurance sales & distribution, policy servicing and claims handling. The solutions include digitization of mundane insurance processes across touch-points, insurance self-service, digital claims adjustment motor & agri-insurance, lead management, etc.


The Applications Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and suggesting CI/CD best practices, development & support for core applications at L2 level.


Positional Overview:

  • Minimum 6+ years of experience into Development and Production support.
  • You’ll be bridging the gap between Development and Operations
  • Understanding of New Relic or similar logging/monitoring tool
  • You’ll maintain and suggest CI/CD best practices and automating security testing at the speed of DevOps
  • You’ll maintain all central Dev-related systems for source control, CI, Service Discovery, and more.
  • You’ll use a continuous delivery mind set to ensure a frictionless path to production.
  • Knowledge and practical experience in build/deploy automation, scripting, code repo, containers
  • Extensive knowledge on managing issues reported by business, RCA, proposing/doing fixes, working on SQL scripts; documentation, ad-hoc reporting etc.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have good experience over .net, SQL, MVC, API, WCF, network fundamentals etc.
  • Good understanding on MuleSoft API library
  • Proficiency and experience in Octopus, TeamCity, Serverless framework, Terraform, AWS, Windows, Linux, Containerization
