Key Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of product strategies and ensure streamlined operations throughout the product lifecycle.
• Monitor and analyze key product performance metrics, user feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and optimize operational processes to increase product efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on product goals and deliverables.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive product documentation, including workflows, user manuals, and training materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and users regarding product-related inquiries and issues.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of product launches, updates, and ongoing support initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a similar role within the IT or startup ecosystem is preferred. Fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using tools such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Thai is required; working-level English proficiency (minimum: reading, writing, and passive verbal communication) is essential.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented and a strong team player.
