Key Responsibilities: Cybersecurity Compliance & Risk Management: * Lead the Charge: Ensure cybersecurity compliance for classified information systems, leveraging DAAPM, RMF, JSIG, ICD-503, CNSSI 1253, and NIST 800-53/171. * Drive A&A Processes: Spearhead Assessment and Authorization (A&A) efforts, managing system accreditation and Authority to Operate (ATO). * Mitigate Risks: Develop and maintain Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs) to address security vulnerabilities. * Collaborate and Secure: Work with DCSA, ISSP, and the site Facility Security Officer (FSO) to track security authorizations and policy updates. * Innovate with Tools: Implement and manage advanced cybersecurity tools and continuous monitoring (CONMON). Security Operations & Oversight: * Audit and Manage: Oversee classified systems, ensuring compliance with eMASS, RCAST, and CONMON frameworks. * Enhance Security: Conduct security assessments, vulnerability scanning, system hardening, and patch management. * Incident Response: Lead incident investigations, risk mitigation strategies, and forensic analysis. * Cloud Security: Implement robust security measures for cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure. IT Systems Administration & Engineering Support: * Design and Deploy: Create and maintain advanced engineering computing environments for chip design and semiconductor development. * Troubleshoot and Optimize: Provide top-tier technical support and network infrastructure management. * Innovate IT Services: Manage hardware/software configurations, monitor system performance, and maintain IT services across diverse environments (Unix, Linux, Windows, cloud, and on-premise). Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: * Be the Expert: Serve as the principal cybersecurity advisor, ensuring compliance with DFARS, CMMC, and federal security regulations. * Educate and Lead: Conduct security awareness training programs and develop security policies, standards, and best practices. * Collaborate and Implement: Work with government officials, program managers, IT teams, and contractors to implement innovative security solutions. Minimum Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or related field. * 5+ years of experience as an ISSM or ISSO supporting classified programs. * Must have an active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance at the time of application * U.S. citizenship, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance * IAM Level III Certification (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM). Preferred Requirements: * DCSA CDSE SFPC/SPSC or NCMS ISP certification. * Experience with vulnerability management tools and system hardening. * Experience in the semiconductor industry. * Experience developing security documentation. * Knowledge of classified network security architecture, cyber resiliency, and industrial control system security. * Knowledge of secure System or Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Cyber Resiliency. * Knowledge of IoT, OT, or ICS security implementations. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Self-motivated and proactive. * Familiarity with cloud security practices (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS).
