PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Workforce Training Analyst to support an opportunity for our customer located in Dahlgren, VA.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The PSI Pax Program Analyst positions provide analysis and management support to organizations to coordinate and complete all projects from requirements through delivery. PSI Pax Analysts interface with government clients to perform full life cycle project management in the areas of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, and controlling.
Essential Job Function:
* Data entry, quality assurance, and data analysis and review of HR information systems.
Qualifications:
* Three (3) years' experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
* Three (3) years of experience with data entry, quality assurance, and data analysis and review. Experience shall include a variety of web-based tools, HR systems and databases, with experience performing advanced functions in Excel spreadsheet.
* Shall be detail-oriented with an ability to research situations and work independently after receiving proper instructions, with data accuracy being paramount.
* Experience in word processing applications, Microsoft Suite and automated database systems.
* Secret (Interim Clearances acceptable). Candidate selected will be subject to a government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
Education Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
