Job Purpose:

As an information security Trainee, you will assist the Service Delivery teams on various tasks to gain experience in the field of Cyber Security.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to learn all aspects of Cyber Security solution portfolio lifecycles.
• Provides assistance on Post Sales and Solution Design support for Cyber Security to Sales and Solutions.
• Stays abreast of trends in the Cyber Security marketplace to ensure the solutions competitive position.
• Provides assistance in designing HLD/LLD to streaming the implementation as per customer expectation.
• Provide onsite/remote support services to ARC Clients spread across UAE and other countries
• Maintain and Grow existing Cyber Security Vendor certifications.
• Develop, document, design, implement, and test security products for clients in conjunction with senior engineers
• Review logs and other metrics for signs of cyber threats or attacks and escalate to senior engineers
• Take initiative, negotiate with project management, and execute successfully on plans.
• Handle sensitive information with appropriate discretion

Job Requirements

Qualifications

• University Degree in in Information Systems, Computer Science, Cyber Security, or related discipline.

Certifications

• Any basic Cyber security certifications

Knowledge & Skills

• Good to have knowledge in a capacity of a competitive ICT Solutions and Services environment specifically in Cyber Security;
• Understanding of the OSI (Open Systems Interconnection) model and renowned ports and services can bean added advantage
• Significant low-level networking experience with the TCP/IP (Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol) stack can be an added advantage
• Understanding of networking fundamentals, protocols & application behaviors as related to security matters
• A solid understanding of best practices and techniques in attacking or defending information systems
• Current knowledge of technology capabilities and trends; types, and techniques of hacking attacks in the wild
• Understanding of cyber security methodologies
• Strong knowledge of various Endpoint/Network/OS devices.
• Experience with Windows, Linux, macOS
• Experience with Command-line programs, Shell and Shell scripting
• Strong customer interaction, written & verbal communication, and troubleshooting skills.
• UAE Driving License with Own car
• Awareness of most common security solution, and standards.
• Excellent relationship building skills
