I am hiring a Senior IT Security Consultant on behalf of a fast-growing cyber security company focused on increasing the efficiency of their clients’ information technology. Their employees have an abundance of experience within cyber security having worked in large international organisations on a variety of different projects.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Assisting customers in identifying IT security gaps and optimization opportunities within IT security and IT compliance, specifically in:
• Establishing an information security management system (ISMS)
• Implementing regulatory requirements, such as those from BaFin (BAIT)
• Introducing and managing IT security solutions
• Developing and presenting requirements, developments, and strategies in IT compliance and IT security
• Collaborating in small consulting teams with clients to create value through IT security and IT compliance
• Developing and introducing new consulting topics in IT compliance and IT security

Essential:

• Relevant degree e.g. Computer Science, Information Security, Physics etc.
• 3+ years professional consulting experience in IT Security and Compliance
• Strong knowledge of ISO 27001 and BSI IT-Grundschutz
• C1 German and fluent in English

Desirable:

• ISO 27001 Lead Implementor/Auditor, BSI IT-Grundschutz etc.
• BAIT, NIST or any other regulatory requirements
