Job Title: Informatica MDM Developer

Experience: 6–8 Years

We are looking for a skilled Informatica MDM Developer with 6–8 years of IT experience and at least 4 years of strong hands-on expertise in Informatica Master Data Management (MDM). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data quality, governance, and modeling, along with the ability to work in cross-functional teams within an Agile environment.

• Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions to support business data management needs.
• Configure MDM Hub components including landing, staging, base objects, match/merge rules, trust framework, and hierarchy management.
• Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure MDM solutions align with enterprise architecture.
• Ensure data integrity, consistency, and security across platforms through the implementation of data governance and quality rules.
• Optimize MDM performance and troubleshoot complex issues in development and production environments.
• Develop complex SQL/PL-SQL queries for data extraction, validation, and integration tasks.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM.
• Solid understanding of MDM concepts, data quality, data governance, and data modeling.
• Proficient in SQL and PL/SQL with strong experience in relational databases such as Oracle or SQL Server.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.

• Experience with Informatica Data Quality (IDQ)
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration techniques
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
