Our American outsourcing company Augment is looking for Informatica ETL Data Systems Administrator for the US Project to work fully remote. English communication skills are important and should be minimum B2+ level (upper-intermediate) and higher.
Primary Support Duties:
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve failures; provide clarity with in-depth data research; implement fixes
Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with system administration experience using Informatica and an Enterprise Scheduling tool, with an emphasis on logging, monitoring, and dashboards
Collaborate with teams across IT to resolve complex issues and provide optimal solutions
Increase proficiency and scope of involvement in all activities through guided and self-initiated learning
Provide technical leadership, consulting, best practices, and mentoring to other teammates
Develop and update documentation, technical procedures, and knowledge articles
Clear communication skills both verbal and written, and the ability to integrate within a diverse team of varying skill sets and personalities
Manage ticket queues and resolve or escalate issues
Requires after-hour, weekend, and on-call support
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of equivalent work experience
Must have B2Bi Administration experience
Enterprise Informatica System Administration – L2
Informatica server application support, administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting in a production environment
Installed Informatica environment in a large enterprise environment
Yearly upgrades of non-prod and prod environments
Patching and EBF implementation as required
SQL and Relational Databases
PowerShell or Ansible Scripting
Network Debugging
Unix Administration
Manage ticket queues and resolve or escalate issues from Business and IT teams
Gather data pertaining to customer needs, and utilize it to identify, predict, interpret, and evaluate requests and problems
Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, and improve reporting and analytics
Ability to write clear and precise technical documentation
Create and document processes for a new and existing task

Informatica/ActiveBatch (or comparable Enterprise Scheduling Application): ETL Data Movement in a Production Operation Role - Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve failures – L2
Utilize Workflow monitor to determine failure point
Backtrack to Workflow Manager to further analyze components of a failed workflow viewed in monitor
Interpret workflow/session logs to determine root cause of failure
Linux/Unix Administration
Ability to navigate directories
Understand file permissions and environmental variables
Ability to read Shell Scripts, VI Editor usage
Development experience in an operation role
Coordinate and Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and enhance existing processes
Provide proactive support and administrative activities so that user-impacting events are limited and new deployments are successful
