Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Informatica Developer/Admin to join our team in Guadalajara, Queretaro, Mexico City, or Monterrey. As an Informatica Developer/Admin, you will be responsible for implementing and managing data integration solutions using the Informatica suite. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and ensure smooth data flow across systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Development: Develop, test, and deploy Informatica ETL workflows, mappings, and transformations to support various business processes.
• Data Integration: Ensure smooth integration of data from various sources, optimizing ETL processes and maintaining high performance.
• Administration: Administer and maintain Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, and other Informatica tools. Handle upgrades, patches, and installations.
• Performance Tuning: Optimize ETL jobs, troubleshoot performance bottlenecks, and ensure system scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with data architects, analysts, and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
• Support and Maintenance: Provide support for production issues, troubleshooting, and resolving problems in a timely manner.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation for all developed processes, workflows, and integration procedures.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Informatica development and administration.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter, Informatica Cloud, ETL processes, data integration, and database management.
• Database Knowledge: Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Informatica certifications are a plus.
• Cloud Experience: Experience with cloud-based ETL solutions (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile project management frameworks.
