Seeding & Gifting Programs: Oversee influencer gifting and content creation strategies to boost creator engagement and brand alignment.
Data & Analytics: Define KPIs, monitor campaign success, and provide actionable insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
Platform Management: Utilize tools like Creator IQ and Tribe Dynamics to monitor influencer performance and manage campaign operations.
Event Activation: Support the planning and execution of influencer-driven events and immersive brand experiences to deepen relationships and drive buzz.
Budget Oversight: Assist in the development and management of the influencer marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation and alignment with goals.
Relationship Management: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and industry contacts, ensuring alignment with brand values and voice.
Who You Are
8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years focused on social and influencer marketing.
3+ years in team leadership, with a proven ability to mentor, guide, and inspire individual contributors.
Deep expertise in building and executing influencer marketing strategies, including paid and affiliate partnerships.
Strong understanding of digital trends, consumer engagement, and influencer ROI.
Highly analytical with a strong track record in performance measurement and optimization.
Skilled in managing and allocating budgets effectively.
Thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments, with the ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams.
